How exactly does the QuattroPod Mini work?
The receiver is connected to a screen or projector via HDMI for a wireless presentation. You can then cast your content using any one of the following methods:
a) Simple Screen Mirroring
Use your device's own built-in screen mirroring function. This includes Miracast for Windows/Android, Apple AirPlay for iOS/macOS and Google Cast using the Google Chrome webbrowser.
A split screen shared display feature from multiple sources is supported (up to 4 devices simultaneously) as well as extended desktop. In either case you do not require the QuattroPod Mini transmitter.
b) via Transmitter
The transmitter connects to your notebook or MacBook via HDMI or it can connect your mobile devices via USB. The transmitter is powered via its own USB cable.
When the receiver and transmitter are ready simply press the large button on the transmitter to mirror your device.
Within seconds your device will be mirrored to the big screen. Up to 32 transmitters can collaberate with one receiver.
Simple Setup
The QuattroPod receiver is powered by the supplied USB charger. The receiver can then be integrated into your network either via Wi-Fi or network cable.
When using the transmitter it must be connected to your Notebook/macBook via HDMI for the video and USB-A for power. Optionally you can connect a mobile device using its charger cable to the USB-A port of the transmitter.
